Geno

Geno was one of 3 dogs alleged to have escaped our client's house to tackle a woman walking by.  The victim was severely injured but not all of the dogs were fully involved in the attack.  We had a multi-day trial and brought in expert Jim Crosby, the Canine Guy, from Florida.  It was a partial victory as my clients were able to save the life of one of their dogs.  We then defended the civil lawsuit for the dogbite so that it resolved without having to go to trial.
