Dangerous Dog Defense
Nietzsche was our 6th dog case and there had been repeated complaints that he kept getting loose from an upper level apartment and harassing people in the driveway. We appeared before the most beloved judge north of Boston, Richard Mori who agreed that the best thing for the dog would be if he had a new owner. Just someone who could better manage a collie who needed to work for a living and let out some of his energy. He said the dog needed to "get out of dodge" at a time when the law allowed such an order.
