Skeeter

This was the first of multiple times that the Town of Groton made up their own procedure for handling dangerous dog cases, in my opinion.  MA residents have the right to know the law and to have it consistently deployed.   Skeeter is alive and well but this incident chased the dog and his owner of town because of the unfair treatment they both received from the hearing authority, we believe.
