Snow Chief

This matter went to a jury about whether the ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend should get custody of Snow Chief.  The trial took place before we were consistently able to persuade  judges in MA that sharing a pet is a natural outcropping from when people purchase and care for property together.  The judge would not allow me to explain to jurors the more modern approach and they did not rule in our favor.  This one  still hurts 6 years later.  Snow Chief was the first of 12 calls we have received about a dog with Snow its name.  We've had Snowball (3x) Snowflake (2x), Snow White (2x) and Snowy along with Snow Bear.
