Titan

Titan was improperly managed.  One afternoon he ran when his leash was dropped and he severely injured a woman.  She had to be medflighted out.  Not necessarily a case we would take, BUT:  We had a team including a trainer, animal control officer and new manager who concluded Titan could be kept without a high likelihood of recurrence.  This was about getting to the right decision the right way in the face of a very angry crowd and hearing authority.  Counsel for the town was the epitome of professionalism and taught me something very important when making arguments in favor of your client.  I think about it everytime I'm in court.
