Lansky: Town Drops Dangerous Dog Case

The town had come down hard on sweet Lansky, labeling him a dangerous dog and pushing for restrictions that could’ve taken him from his home. He reminded Attorney Jeremy Cohen about his first case–his own dog, Jesse–and he knew he had to defend him.  

As Jeremy dug into the case, it became clear the town was cutting corners and stepping on his client’s rights. There were no dog behavior experts, no solid evidence—just fear and assumptions.  

The hardest part wasn’t proving Lansky wasn’t dangerous. It was getting someone to hear the truth.  

And so Jeremy spoke louder, made the arguments sharper, and exposed the holes in the town’s case. Eventually, someone listened, and the push for a trial was called off.  

Lansky wasn’t the dog they tried to paint him as. This case was about holding the system accountable and making sure the law was followed.
