Odie: Dangerous Dog Complaint Dismissed

Odie’s story is one of remarkable resilience. As a puppy, he survived horrific abuse when someone strapped firecrackers to his back, causing severe burns that required surgery and skin grafts. Despite this, he was rescued and given a second chance by his current owner, who saw his story on TV.   

But recently, Odie was accused of attacking a smaller dog and faced a dangerous dog hearing.
