Brooklyn

Our client took over the care of Brooklyn after her mother died; the dog represented the ongoing relationship to her.  Brooklyn was poisoned by rodenticide which was placed by an exterminator who used the improper casings and failed to warn.  The client received a settlement that recognized her special relationship to her dog.
