Brown & Chicken Coop

For two years we continue to battle a city on the north shore of MA so that our client's daughter can maintain possession of her chickens which are her emotional support animals.  We have proven her need for them and the educational and social benefits she has derived fromt them.  Old-time cranky neighbors believe the chickens have no use but to attract rats.  The judges so far have been hesitant to be progressive noting that the Fair Housing Act may apply but does not consider chickens a typical household animal.
