This dangerous dog hearing was also standing room only as David had pursued a small dog who was scooped up by its owner.  David then allegedly went after the dog in her arms and bit her.  The crowd wanted to see David killed.  A famous MA political family got involved (not the Kennedys) and I was able to cross-examine the matriarch and show that she had no actual knowledge about the dog and admitted to never seeing David despite first saying that she was terrified of him everytime she looked out her window and worried about her grandkids.  Victory for our client.    Credibility matters.
