Ellie Mae

In this claim for veterinary malpractice there is a battle between two heavyweights who treated Ellie Mae and who greatly disagree as to who caused her permanent eye damage.  Ellie Mae had been out on a boat, presented with a neck injury and we believe was diagnosed improperly.  This led to her hanging her head to the side and scratching her cornea.  The incident happened 7 years ago and we await our trial date.  The costs were in excess of $15,000.
