Gabby

Gabby was injured at a boarding facility with whom we already had an open case for a different dog.  When Gabby was picked up, she was bleeding from a wound toward the back of her body.  Her owner asked what happened and the doggie daycare manager said that she was brought in that way 7 hours earlier by no one noticed.  They tried to make our client believe that he delivered a wounded dog who would have been bleeding in the car as the children in the family were dropped off at school.  Total nonsense, total lack of accountability, total settlement.
