Atticus

Atticus had a companion and they were both being shared by their owners as a tandem.  Atticus was repeatedly attacked by the companion and we went to court to stop the sharing so that each dog would remain with an owner.  The Probate Judge was furious with Boston Dog Lawyers because they simply do not want to get involved in dog custody matters.  Ultimately our client won and has Atticus all to himself where he get the care and protection he needs.
