Buddy

The trial for Buddy was right about the time new case law came out regarding the scope of the trial de novo in a dangerous dog appeal.  Counsel for the town was a true gentleman and we were able to convince the court that Buddy should remain alive and with his owner.  Just had to make improvements to the fencing and the day to day management of Buddy's desire to bark and lunge at people who passed by his yard on a dead end street.
